
This is high protein and low calories meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, spinach, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Form mixture into meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through.
