This is high protein and low calories meal:
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roast the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine cranberries, apple, celery, honey, and red pepper flakes. Cook over medium heat until cranberries burst and the mixture thickens.
- Serve the salmon topped with the spicy cranberry relish.
