
This is high protein and low calories meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked lentils
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions:
In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
Add bell pepper, zucchini, carrot, ginger, and garlic. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
Add cooked lentils and soy sauce. Stir to combine and heat through.
Serve immediately.
