
This meal is high protein low calories
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, celery, red onion, and parsley.
- Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Serve chilled, either on its own or in a whole-wheat wrap.
