Greek Yogurt Chicken Salad

This meal is high protein low calories

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, celery, red onion, and parsley.
  2. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Serve chilled, either on its own or in a whole-wheat wrap.
