Air-Fryer Pork Chops

 

High Protein and low calories meal. 

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each pork chop with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place pork chops in the basket in a single layer.
  5. Air-fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
